Sales Development Representative (Washington DC/Northern VA)

##Overview An exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of building out an unmatched Inside Sales Team. Reporting to the CRO, the SDR is responsible for assisting RangeForce to qualify leads and develop new business. A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a salesperson-in-training. You’ll typically be the first point of contact in our sales cycle, helping our inside sales team identify and cultivate leads, and sell RangeForce solutions to many of the world’s most recognizable and respected companies. After six to nine months, and upon successful and consistent achievement of monthly attainment of the key target metrics required, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Account Executive (AE), where you will begin to nurture leads of your own, take a generous commission for the relationships you create, and earn any new business you close! ##Key Responsibilities * Inside sales through both email and tele-sales, sales administration, and marketing support. * Support the company sales process using Pipedrive.com to track leads and opportunities. * Complete initial follow-up with prospects through phone and email campaigns * Other duties as assigned. ##Qualifications * Strong communication skills * Extraordinary attention to detail * Ability to manage information using Pipedrive.com * Desire to grow into a formal leadership role * Ability to travel a minimum of 15% ## Experience * 4 Year Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree preferred * 1 - 3 years successful experience in sales or marketing ## Compensation * Competitive salary and commissions * 401k * Health, vision, dental, disability, life insurance #### [**APPLY FOR THE JOB!**](mailto:jobs@rangeforce.com)
